| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development, including the external facing materials to be used, shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans and details as listed below: - Site Location Plan; - Existing Details - 2611.01; - Proposals - 2611.02; as received by the Local planning Authority on 22nd February 2022; and, - Front Elevations Existing and Proposed - 2611.03, as received by the Local Planning Authority on 15th of March 2022. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
