| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.

| 3. | Prior to the occupation of the development hereby approved, appropriate parking and turning area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained and retained thereafter available for that specific use.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the provision of adequate on-site parking and turning facilities for the development and so that vehicles may enter and leave the site in a forward gear in the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
