| 1. | The works must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The works shall be carried out in accordance with the un-numbered floor plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th March 2022, and additional information and photos received on the 14th April 2022.

| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of adopted policy E5 from the adopted Local Plan Part 2 and core policy CS10 from the adopted Core Strategy. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |

This permission only gives listed building consent for the proposed works. As such, works should not commence until such a time that planning permission has been granted - an application (06/22/0230/F) has been received but is invalid awaiting the correct fee to be paid. |
