The reason for the condition is: - To ensure an acceptable standard of work.
4.The felled trees shall be replaced between October 2022 and April 2024 and only within a planting season unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The replacement planting shall be in strict accordance with the planting specification as follows: 1) a mix between Pinus pinea 20-25cm 150L or Pinus sylvestris Standard 20-25cm 200L (3No. trees) and the remaining (4No. trees), being smaller specimens to measure greater than or equal to 45 L container grown greater than or equal to 10-12cm stem diameter; and 2) trees to be planted and maintained thereafter in accordance with British Standard BS8545 Trees: from nursery to independence in the landscape - Recommendations, Chapters 8 and 9 The reason for the condition is:- To ensure an acceptable standard of planting and maintenance, thereby maximising the successful establishment of the replacement trees.
