No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans, drawing references: - Location Plan - A0001-Rev P1 - Existing Elevations 1 - A0010-Rev P1 - Existing Elevations 2 - A0011-Rev P1 - Existing Section AA - A0021-Rev P1 - Existing Floor Plans 00/01 - A0002-Rev P1 - Existing Floor Plans & Roof Plan - A0003-Rev-P1 Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 20th January 2022. The development shall also be carried out in accordance with revised plans, drawing references: - Proposed Elevations - A0110-Rev P2 - Proposed Floor Plans L00/01 - A0102-Rev P2 - Proposed Floor Plans L02/Roof - A0103 Rev P2 Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 4th April 2022. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
4.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2.
