1.	The first part of the condition 1 of application 06/21/0419/F and 06/21/0420/LB establishing the highway boundary and agreeing to move the fence to the outside of highway land is discharged by the submitted Norfolk County Council highway survey drawing received by the Local Planning Authority on 24 January 2022. The second part of the condition will only be discharged by the timely repositioning of the fence in accordance with the condition wording (NB this can be done without the need for further application to discharge the outstanding part of condition 1).
