1.	The council considers that the impact of the proposed permitted development on the amenity of the adjoining premises would be acceptable subject to the following conditions: - 1. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the site location plan, block plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 5th January, 2022 and the elevations and floor plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 24th January, 2022. 2. The materials used in any exterior work (other than materials used in the construction of a conservatory) must be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of the character and appearance of the locality.
