| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with: - the elevation drawing 216878-CCL-XX-XX-DR-S-2000 P01; and, - the roof timber replacement details, including vapour control measures on drawing 216878-CCL-XX-XX-DR-B-1000 P01, received by the Local Planning Authority on 4 January 2022. | 3. | The materials used to thatch the roof and any supplementary elements used externally shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
