| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the location plan and drawing number 2021-11/01/P received by the Local Planning Authority on 7th December 2021. The external materials shall be as specified on drawing number 2021-11/01/P. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
