| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development (including external materials) shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans listed below with drawing references: - Site Location Plan; - Existing details - 2187-001; and, - Proposed details - 2187-002, received by the Local Planning Authority on the 2nd December 2021. | 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
