| 1. | Process set out by Condition A.4. of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 In accordance with section 60 (2B) and 2(C) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by section 4(1) of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013) Great Yarmouth Borough Council as a local planning authority, hereby confirm that insufficient information has been submitted to determine whether the proposal would be considered permitted development allowed under paragraph G. The prior notification is therefore refused in line with the procedure under A.4 (3) b. for the proposed development at the address shown below, as described by the description shown below. Planning Permission is required. |
