| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| 3. | No external lighting shall be installed other than in accordance with the lighting plan as illustrated and described on the submitted plans. The approved lighting shall at no time cause glare beyond the site boundaries.

In the interests of highway safety and residential amenity. |
| 4. | The floodlighting shall not be in operation outside of the following hours:-
09:00 to 21:00 Mondays
09:00 to 21:00 Tuesdays
09:00 to 21:00 Wednesdays
09:00 to 21:00 Thursdays
09:00 to 21:00 Fridays
09:00 to 21:00 Saturdays
09:00 to 21:00 on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of Core Policy CS15 and LPP2 policy A1. |
