1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development (including materials to be used) shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans drawing references:

3. | The materials shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form.

4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any amendment revoking or re-enacting that Order) the dwelling hereby permitted shall not be further extended in any way, nor shall the car port be converted to garaging or habitable rooms without first obtaining the express written permission of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any further extensions to the dwelling in the interests of residential amenity. |
5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
