| 2. | The stable block hereby approved shall only be used for the stabling of horses, ponies or donkeys belonging to the owner of the land or those of a singular tenant, at any one time. The stables hereby approved shall be used for private use only; no commercial use or livery shall be carried out from the stables.
The reason for the condition is :-
Whilst the permanent use of the site is acceptable rather than being limited to temporary use, the restriction is imposed in the interests of highway safety and in order to safeguard the character and amenity of the area, and because the original permission and the current application have been determined on the basis of the proposals only seeking to continue the existing private and personal use. |
| 3. | Liquid and solid animal waste, vegetable wastes and associated contaminated waters shall be stored and disposed of in a manner that will not lead to pollution of surface or underground waters. Only clean uncontaminated surface water should be discharged to any soakaway, watercourse or surface water sewer.
The reason for this condition is:-

| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policies NNV20 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan, is consistent with the aims of core policy CS9 of the local plan core strategy and emerging policy L3 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
