Application Reference Number: 06/21/0767/TRE
I refer to your application of 10.9.21 under the above Tree Preservation Order for consent to carry out the following work:

The Borough Council have considered your application and have decided to refuse consent for the following reasons:

2. The trees are highly visible and important contributors to the street-scene and the tree makes a valued contribution to public amenity.
3. The submitted documentation does not provide the conclusive evidence that the tree is causing harm to public amenity or safety.
4. The submitted information does not provide any demonstration that the tree removal will result in beneficial effects to public amenity.
5. The submission does not provide assurance that the tree's removal will not result in further associated problems, such as ground heave.
