Partial Discharge of Condition 5 of planning permission 06/20/0316/F - Provision of information, plans and details for the off-site access and foot-way provision (across site frontage) are approved IN PART ONLY, and only in regard to information required before works are commenced (and notwithstanding any works conducted in advance of this decision). The conditions will only be fully and finally discharged when all the works on site have been implemented in full, and this will not require a further application for discharge, being discharged by fact upon satisfactory completion in accordance with the details approved herein.
