1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application forms and approved plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 23rd August 2021, drawing references: . Site Location Plan . Proposed and Existing Elevation Plan Ref: 01 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Illumination of the signage hereby permitted shall be limited to static status internal illumination of 'Fascia Sign 1' only, as set out in the application form. The level of illumination of the illuminated sign shall not at any time during the hours of darkness exceed 180cd/m². No part of the source of the illumination shall at any time be directly visible to users of the adjacent public highway. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
4.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of saved Policy BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan and is consistent with emerging policy A3 of the Local Plan Part 2.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
