1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the site location plan and drawing numbers 4 Proposed Floor Plan and 5 Proposed Elevations received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th August 2021. The exterior materials shall be walls- brick to match the existing house and roof- tiles to match the existing house. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
