TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (TREE PRESERVATION)(ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 TREE PRESERVATION ORDER No.2 1981 TREES AT 1 Bracecamp Close Ormesby St Margaret Application Reference Number: 06/21/0705/TRE I refer to your application of 25.8.21 under the above Tree Preservation Order for consent to carry out the following work: T15 - Beech - Fell T14 - Beech - light reduction and shape 1-1.5m laterals and up to 2m in height The Borough Council have considered your application and have decided to refuse consent for the following reasons: 1. The arborist considers that the trees are in good condition where removal is not warranted. 2. The trees are visible and contributors to the street-scene. (Note: An application to trim both trees would be likely to be acceptable as the arborist does not object to the trimming proposal for tree T14).
