2.The former storage building the subject of this permission shall be used as a bar/function/restaurant room only and only in association with The Kings Arms premises and for no other purpose including overnight accommodation unless an appropriate planning application is first submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the local planning authority to retain control over any future changes of use of the premises in the interests of local amenities in accordance with Policies CS8 and CS16 of the Core Strategy, Policies GSP5, A1, E6 and I1 of the Local Plan Part 2 and Policy 11 of the Fleggburgh Neighbourhood Plan.
3.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- A. The applicant/premises owner is reminded of the conditions on the Premises License ref: PL0371 concerning 'Prevention of Public Nuisance'. B. The means of enclosure to the south of the site fronting onto A1064 Main Road may be on public highway and erection of structures thereon. It is the applicant's/premises owners responsibility to clarify the boundary with the public highway. Private structures such as fences or walls are not be permitted on highway land. The highway boundary may not match the applicant's/premises owners title plan and therefore they should contact the highway research team at highway.boundaries@norfolk.gov.uk for further details and or queries in this respect. C. If any tables and benches are positioned on public highway land (as referred to in B above), they will require a pavement licence issued by GYBC Licensing Team and you should contact them accordingly.
