| 1. | TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (TREE PRESERVATION)(ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012
TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NO. 7 1985
TREES AT 192 Beccles Road Bradwell
Application Reference Number: 06/21/0679/TRE
I refer to your application of 25.7.21 under the above Tree Preservation Order for consent to carry out the following work:
T1 - Seek permission to remove completely
T3 (on the TPO record, shown incorrectly as T2 on the application form) - Seek permission to reduce length of branches
The Borough Council have considered your application and have decided to refuse consent for the following reasons:
1. The arborist considers that the trees are in good condition where removal is not warranted.
2. The trees are highly visible and contributors to the street-scene.
(Note: An application to trim both trees would be likely to be acceptable as the arborist does not object to the trimming proposal for tree T3)
YOUR RIGHT OF APPEAL
If you disagree with our decision, you can appeal to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions. If you want to appeal, you must do so in writing within 28 days from the date you receive this decision.
