1.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- It is considered that the development as described in the self- certification form received by the Local Planning Authority 5th August, 2021 complies with: Class 1: Port and Energy Industries, specifically sections (c), (d), and (h). Within section (h) specifically when relating to electricity substations and associated electrical line; and Class 6 in relation to solar panels. The development is required to be in full compliance with the conditions of the Order and the South Denes Design Code adopted 15 May 2012. The permitted development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted self certification form and and as set out on Drawing Numbers Project BAT NR30 D01 Site Layout/Elevations, D03 Location Plan and D04 Cable run. Where buildings are to be erected or uses are to take place on the site and not specifically shown on the submitted drawings the applicant is reminded of the need to submit such details for prior approval and of the need to obtain and comply with other regulatory consents such as Building Regulations and Environmental Health legislation and other permissions which are beyond the scope of the planning system as stated in the South Denes Local Development Order.
