| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- Because of the age of the building there may be asbestos present. As such, the asbestos register must be presented to anyone carrying out work which may disturb an in-situ. The Council may be able to provide grant aid to assist with refurbishment to a higher standard than those works proposed herein, such as with the removal of the roller shutter unit. Please contact the planning department if you wish to pursue this through the Heritage Action Zone funding process. |
