1.	Application Ref: 06/21/0620/CD Discharge of condition 16 of Planning Permission 06/15/0348/O Demolition of existing buildings and the construction of 24 dwellings, associated works including parking and open space I refer to your request for discharge of the above condition relating to planning permission 06/15/0348/O . Condition 16 states- The development hereby permitted shall not commence until (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority) : 1) the approved contamination remediation scheme has been carried out in full, 2) a validation report that demonstrates the effectiveness of the remediation carried out has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. I can confirm that: The details submitted in the Topsoil Validation Report for plots 19-24 dated 23 July 2021 by Norfolk Partnership Laboratory are sufficient to discharge the above condition in relation to plots 19-24 only. The condition remains in force in relation to the other plots. I understand from prior correspondence details of remediation have previously been agreed for plots 1-6.
