| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| 3. | The materials to be used in the development shall match those of the existing dwelling as specified on the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 16/07/2021.

| 4. | There shall be no use of the extension hereby permitted until the ensuite window on the west elevation has first been fitted with obscure glazing to an obscurity rating of Pilkington Level 5, which shall be maintained as such thereafter.

| 5. | Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted, sufficient space shall be provided within the site to enable three cars to park at the same time. Such area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced, drained and made available for use, and shall be retained thereafter available for that specific use.

| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
