| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans, drawing references:

| 3. | The premises shall not be open to visiting members of the public outside of the following hours:-
08:00 to 23:00 Mondays to Saturdays
09:00 to 23:00 on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 4. | within 3 months of the date of this permission, the applicant shall provide a written statement of how the operator intends to provide a litter prevention, management and clearance regime in the immediate vicinity of the takeaway, and shall define and agree the extent of that responsibility on a suitable written plan. The details of the litter management scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the agreed scheme shall be implemented and operated in line with the regime approved, and retained as such thereafter for the lifetime of the use.

To avoid unacceptable levels of litter around the takeaway. |
