| 1. | The pre-commencement aspect of condition 14 of 06/18/0149/O is discharged by the information supplied and the Norfolk Fire Service Water Officer's email received 4.8.21 confirming that hydrant locations have been agreed. The development should be constructed in accordance with the information submitted including plan Drawing ref: 10615663 showing positions of 3no. hydrants. It should be noted that the condition will be fully discharged by installation of the hydrants on site. When this is done no further discharge application will be required as this will be satisfied by performance on site. |
