| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th July 2021 as listed below:
- Existing Elevations & Site Location Plan - project No. 8302 - P02
- Existing Plans - project No. 8302 - P01
- Proposed Plan - project No. 8302 - P03
- Proposed Elevations - project No. 8302 - P04

| 3. | The materials to be used in the development shall match those of the existing dwelling as specified on the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th July 2021.

| 4. | The obscure glazing to the first floor as shown in plan Project no. 8302 drawing no. P03 and the glazing to the ground floor bathroom shown on plan P03 shall both be provided to Pilkington Level 5 obscurity rating prior to the first use of the extension, or the first floor WC, as relevant, and shall be retained as such thereafter.

| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
