| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plan, drawing reference:
- Proposed Site Layout and Cabin Details - 233/698/002, received by the Local Planning Authority on the 14th July 2021.
The reason for the condition is:-

| 2. | The porta cabin hereby approved as shown on approved plan 233/698/002 shall be used as an office and for the purposes of use by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust only.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interest of protecting the residential amenities of nearby residential dwellings, and to ensure the premises remain an office for rural purposes with a direct relationship to the Trinity Broads for which the site location is justified. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria set out in the Adopted Core Strategy Policy CS06 in particular paragraph i), and is consistent with the aims set out in policy B1 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
