Great Yarmouth Borough Council ("the Council") hereby certifies that on 24th December 2020 the use described in the First Schedule hereto in respect of land specified in the Second Schedule hereto was NOT LAWFUL within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
