| 1. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the details contained in the original planning application 06/15/0201/F drawing no's. 45109/3A and 45109/4A received by the Local Planning Authority on 27th July 2015 and the forms and Flood Risk Assessment received by the Local Planning Authority on 05 July 2021 under application 06/21/0544/F.
The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The information within the submitted flood risk assessment and flood response plan, including information regarding the availability of the Environment Agency's "Floodline Warnings Direct" flood warning scheme, shall be made available to current and future occupiers of the site within 28 days of this permission (where dwellings are already occupied) or immediately occupation (where dwellings are not yet occupied). The occupiers shall in so doing thereafter complete the attached "personal flood plan" at Appendix A of the Flood Risk Assessment.
The reason for the condition is :- In accordance with the recommendations of the flood risk assessment, to minimise the risk to the occupants in the event of flooding. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting the order), no windows or other openings (except those shown on the approved drawings) shall be inserted into the walls or roof of the dwellings without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property. |

The proposals meet the criteria for new housing development set out in Policies HOU7, HOU15 and HOU17 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan and policy CS13 of the Adopted Core Strategy |
