1.This permission expires on 30th June 2026 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the building shall be removed from the site and the use of the extended car park shall be discontinued and the land returned to grass no later than 1 month from the cessation of the use or the expiry of the permission whichever is the earliest. The reason for the condition is:- The requirement for the siting is for a temporary period to meet a need whilst a permanent facility is to be provided elsewhere, and site restoration is required in a timely manner in the interests of the visual amenity of the area.
2.The permission hereby granted extends to the development as described and shown in the approved plans 2734/102 rev B in the location shown on plan 2734/100, received by the Local Planning Authority on 01/07/2021. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Notwithstanding the provisions of Class A of Schedule 2, Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, (or any Order revoking, amending or re-enacting that Order) no gates, bollard, chain or other means of obstruction shall be erected across the approved access unless details have first been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
4.The existing trees on the site shall be retained and not felled or damaged in any way. The reason for the condition is :- The existing trees represent an important visual amenity which should be retained.
5.The existing hedge along the front of the application site shall be retained. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for Planning policies CS1 and CS10 of the adopted borough core strategy and also meets the criteria of Policy C1 of the emerging Draft Local Plan Part 2.
