| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following unnumbered plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 14th June 2021: Location Plan Shed Floor Plans and Elevations and the development shall be carried out in accordance with the site photographs taken by the planning officer on the 5th August 2022. | 2. | No external lighting of any sort shall be installed at the site without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the surrounding County Wildlife Site. |

| 5. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- Access to the site is via the Public Right of Way known as Belton footpath 10 which does not offer any means of public vehicular access and it is not maintainable at the public expense to a vehicular standard. It would be expected that any damage caused to the footpath by the exercise of the private rights remains with the rights holders to repair. The full legal extent of this footpath must remain open and accessible for the duration of the development and subsequent occupation |
