| 1. | The development hereby permitted is for replacement roof lights only, as shown on the plans listed within Condition 2 below, and must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans:
- Location Plan 1563-CAM-XX-XX-DR-A-PL10, received by the Local Planning Authority on 24 June 2021.
- Roof Plan 1563-CAM-XX-XX-DR-A-PL11, received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 July 2021.
- Elevations as Proposed - 1563-CAM-XX-XX-DR-A-PL12, received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 July 2021.
- Roof Light Elevation as Existing and Proposed - 1563-CAM-XX-XX-DR-A-PL13, received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 July 2021.
- Velux Conservation Roof Light specification 1563-CAM-XX-XX-DR-A-PL14 revision B received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 July 2021.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 3. | All the new external and internal repair works to the retained fabric shall match the existing adjacent historic work with regard to the methods, materials, colour, texture and profile. Newly added brickwork should match the quality of the existing and should be laid in lime mortar. Any re-pointing or re-rendering should also be carried out in matching lime mortar. the works shall be retained as such thereafter.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure that the used materials and finishes are appropriate for the character and appearance of the Listed building. |
