1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the location plan and issue 2 drawing numbers 2102/1, 2102/2 and 2012/3 received by the Local Planning Authority on 23rd June 2021. The exterior materials to be used in the development shall be as specified on the drawings listed above. The shower room window on the west elevation shall be fitted with obscure glazing with an obscurity rating of no less than Pilkington Level 5 and shall be maintained as such thereafter. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to maintain the privacy of the adjoining dwellings.
3.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for alterations and extensions to buildings set out in saved Policy BNV18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
