No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 07/06/2021: Location Plan dated 05/06/2021. Block Plan - drawing no. 001 revision P01. Existing Plans - drawing no. 002 revision P01. Existing Elevations - drawing no. 003 revision P01. Proposed plan - drawing no. 004 revision P01. Proposed North east elevation - drawing no. 005 revision P01. Proposed side elevations - drawing no. 006 revision P01. Proposed rear elevation - drawing no. 007 revision P01. 3.The materials to be used in the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing dwelling as specified on the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 07/06/2021. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
