| 1. | This permission expires on the 6th August 2026 and unless on or before this date an application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the site in the interests of visual amenity and the functioning of the promenade. A five year time period allows for a further plan period to be in place which may evaluate further plans for this area. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the location plan 410-SITE and proposed seating layout plan 410:A received by the Local Planning Authority on the 11th June 2021. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of Core Strategy policy CS08. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
