| 1. | Notwithstanding the partial retrospective nature of the development and the form of fencing installed to date, the development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan drawing ref: 8123L-01 Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on the 26th July 2021. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | Within 8 weeks of this decision, the timber fencing as illustrated on plan 8123L-01 Rev A shall be installed in its entirety. The timber fencing shall match the existing fence on the southern boundary of the plant area, in terms of materials, finish and height. The fence shall be retained thereafter in perpetuity. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of Core Policy CS09 from the adopted Core Strategy. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
