1.The development shall be retained in accordance with the following revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 6th February 2024: - Site and Location Plans, ref. 21/253/01 Rev B. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
2.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order) (with or without modification), no further buildings shall be erected and no external lighting shall be installed on the site without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To help safeguard the environment and prevent a proliferation of buildings in the open countryside.
3.Should the use hereby permitted cease, the outbuildings, boundary treatment and ancillary paraphernalia, shall be removed from the site, and the land restored, within three months of the use ceasing. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenity of local residents.
4.The site hereby approved shall be used for private use only, and shall only be used for the keeping of small domestic animals and poultry within the ownership of the occupiers of "Tally House" only. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety and amenity of local residents, and to ensure the Local Authority can maintain control over the future use of land.
5.Within 1 month of this decision hereby approved, precise details for the location of the muck and manure storage and the frequency of the removal and dispersal arrangements shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the amenity of local residents and to avoid possible pollution of the land.
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
