| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 28/05/2021:
Proposed & Existing plans and elevations - drawing no: 1614/1 rev A.(Aug. '21)1/ Access widened.

| 3. | The materials to be used in the development shall match those of the existing dwelling as specified on the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 28/05/2021.

| 4. | There shall be no use of the development hereby permitted until the access into the site has first been widened to a minimum width of 7.5m and appropriate access provision made across the highway footpath, in accordance with the details of a plan to be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the local highway authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the details approved, which shall be retained as such thereafter.

| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
