| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 11 June 2021:
- Location plan dwg 1563-CAM-XX-XX-DR-A-PL05;
- Existing floorplan Plan dwg 1563-CAM-XX-XX-DR-A-PL06;
- Proposed elevations dwg 1563-CAM-XX-XX-DR-A-PL07;
- Specification - Jeld-wen Stormsure Standard Casement Windows - dwg 1563-CAM-XX-XX-DR-A-PL09;
The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | No ground floor window shall open outwards over the highway, including the foot-way.
The reason for the condition is: - In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | No work shall commence until the exact types, finish and colours of the horizontal boarded cladding material has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out using the agreed materials.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted. This condition is required prior to commencement to ensure that the impacts on the Conservation Area are appropriately controlled prior to any impacts being caused. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of policies CS9 and CS10 of the adopted 2015 Great Yarmouth Borough Council Core Strategy and saved policy BNV18 of the 2001 Local Plan. |
