2.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- This property is a Listed Building. If as a result of either changes arising from works to the lower floor to improve flood resilience as a result of this condition discharge or applications for Building Regulations or for a licence under the provisions of the House in Multiple Occupation Licensing regulations, further physical changes to the fixtures and fabric of the listed building are deemed necessary then these works are likely to require listed building consent. In the first instance it is recommended that enquiry is made to Conservation@great-yarmouth.gov.uk
