| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan marked as 002 and dated 28th July 2021 and indexed as having been received by the Local Planning Authority on 06 August 2021. This plan confirms the two existing ancillary curtilage buildings as being removed, and these shall be removed prior to the construction of the new garage. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt, to improve the setting and appearance of the listed building, and to enhance the visual amenity of the area. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
