1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans (drawing ref: 8226 P05 A) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 26th April 2021. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The access hereby approved shall only be used by the 20 chalets as indicated on drawing 8226 P05 A. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of neighbouring amenity and highway safety.
4.Prior to the first use of the access hereby approved, the drop down bollards as indicated on plan 8226 P05 A shall be installed. These shall remain in place thereafter and shall only be lowered for the only for the moving and siting of lodges or in the need for emergency services access. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of neighbouring amenity and highway safety.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Core Policy CS09 from the adopted Core Strategy.
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
