| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The replacement windows shall be as per the submitted brochure received 20th May, 2021, that is sliding sash with no glazing bars, finished white with sections and profiles to match the existing wooden windows as closely as possible and to the satisfaction of the local planning authority.
