1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans ref 1600/1 rev.A (July'21), received by the Local Planning Authority on 20/07/2021. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The materials to be used in the gym outbuilding development shall match those as specified on the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 21/04/2021. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
4.The materials to be used in the detached garage / car port development shall match those specified on the revised plan ref 1600/1 rev.A (July'21), received by the Local Planning Authority on 20/07/2021 and those as specified on the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 21/04/2021. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
5.The gym outbuilding (as shown on approved plan 1600/1 rev.A (July'21)) shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. No business or commercial activity shall be carried on, within, or from the gym building hereby approved. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
6.The Garage/ Cart Port approved by this planning permission (as shown on approved plan 1600/1 rev.A (July'21)) shall only be used for private domestic use and domestic storage use in connection with the main dwelling house on the land and shall not be used as a residential annex. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property and to ensure the use of the development is restricted to its intended purpose.
7.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
