| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out with the applications form and plans received on the 15 April 2021 and the details thereon. Unless otherwide specified on the approved drawings the materials used in the external surfaces of the extension shall match those on the existing dwelling.
The reason for the condition is :- In accordance with the submitted details and visual amenity of the area. |
| 3. | Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted, space sufficient to the satisfaction of the local planning authority, shall be provided within the site to enable three cars to park. The area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained and retained thereafter available for that specific use.
The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety. |
