| 1. | The business opening hours is granted for a tempary period only and expires on the 10th June 2022 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the business opening hours will revert back to the original planning permission consent 06/20/0504/F issued on the 19th January 2021.
The business shall not be open for business outside of the following hours:-
07:00 to 21:00 Mondays
07:00 to 21:00 Tuesdays
07:00 to 21:00 Wednesdays
07:00 to 21:00 Thursdays
07:00 to 21:00 Fridays
07:00 to 21:00 Saturdays
07:00 to 21:00 on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 2. | A) No development shall take place until an archaeological written scheme of investigation has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in writing. The scheme shall include an assessment of significance and research questions; and 1) The programme and methodology of site investigation and recording, 2) The programme for post investigation assessment, 3) Provision to be made for analysis of the site investigation and recording, 4) Provision to be made for publication and dissemination of the analysis and records of the site investigation, 5) Provision to be made for archive deposition of the analysis and records of the site investigation and 6) Nomination of a competent person or persons/organization to undertake the works set out within the written scheme of investigation.
and,
B) No development shall take place other than in accordance with the written scheme of investigation approved under condition (A).
and,
C) The development shall not be occupied until the site investigation and post investigation assessment has been completed in accordance with the programme set out in the archaeological written scheme of investigation approved under condition (A) and the provision to be made for analysis, publication and dissemination of results and archive deposition has been secured.

| 3. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, site location plan, block plan and approved plan (drawing reference: AJB-9) received by the Local Planning Authority on 15th September 2020.

| 4. | Within six months of the date of this permission precise details for the location of the muck heap/s and the frequency of the removal and dispersal arrangements shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for equestrian centre developments set out in saved Policy NNV19 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan and the aims of policy CS6 of the Adopted Core Strategy. |
