1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans 001-006 received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 May 2021.

3. | The materials used for both the brickwork and mortar shall match in appearance those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form.

The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 and BNV18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.Core Strategy policy CS9 and CS10 and emergent policy A1 and A2 |
