1.	(1) The work must be carried out within two years of the date of this consent notice and may only be carried out once. Reason: The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by the Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012. (2) The work is to be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998:2010 (Recommendations for Tree Work). Reason: To ensure an acceptable standard of work, thereby minimising possible damage and decay/disease in the future. Tree work should be carried out by trained, competent and appropriately insured arborists, to a good standard to comply with BS 3998 Recommendations for Tree Work.
